Hi I'm Ally

I am 56 years old, mother of one. An animal loving, beach walking, passionate and caring person.

For the last 30 + years I have absorbed and applied lots of different modalities relating to health and wellness, for myself my family my friends and literally hundreds of clients.

Using nutrition, homeopathy, exercise, mindfulness and essential oils.

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 25 years owning and operating a Health club in the UK. It is very apparent that one size does not fit all.

However I firmly believe that Gut Health is where it all begins and to get it balanced and happy is my main focus these days

I initially came to colonics around 12 years ago when during a huge period of stress I developed chronic anxiety and panic attacks. This ultimately led to digestive issues such as bloating and acid reflux. Both my emotional and physical health dramatically improved after a course of treatment.

Then 2020 happened and the uncertainties of everything brought back the Anxiety

I again turned to colonics and because they helped me feel so much better I decided to retrain and I now absolutely love what I do. I am able to bring together all my knowledge and life experience and truely help bring about positive change in emotional And physical well-being.
